1. Get their mission order to know what's the traffic enforcer's area of responsibility, time of duty, & official function.

2. Swerving is not a traffic violation. It is a movement wherein vehicles shift from a lane to another.

3. A traffic enforcer is not allowed to get your driver's license unless you are involved in a traffic accident or you already got more than 3 traffic violations.

4. A traffic enforcer do not have the rights to command you to get out (pababain o palabasin) of your vehicle or motorcyle.

5. Do not hesitate to contact MMDA and send the name of the abusive traffic enforcer together with your complaint to email@mmda.gov.ph
