The list below contains the requirements needed for those players who wanted to apply in the PBA Development League or PBA D-League. Separated lists are given below; one for Filipino players and the other one for the Fil-Foreign players.

For Local born applicants (17-26 yrs. old):
1. NSO Original Birth Certificate
2. Fully accomplished application form (available at the PBA Office in Bagumbayan, Q.C.)
3. 2 recent 2x2 picture
* October 29, 2015 - DEADLINE of submission for Local born applicants

For Fil-Foreign applicants (17-26 yrs. old):
1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Fully accomplished application form (available at the PBA Office in Bagumbayan, Q.C.)
3. 2 recent 2x2 picture
4. Certificate of Recognition from the Bureau of Immigration
* October 23, 2015 - DEADLINE of submission for Fil-Foreign applicants
