No. 10029, known as the “Philippine Psychology Act of 2009”, and Board of Psychology Resolution No. 03 series of 2012, approved by the Commission as follows: "

WHEREFORE, the Board RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to allow their registration as Psychologists. Upon approval by the Commission, let their respective Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card be issued after they shall have registered and taken their respective oaths or professionals.
