The information below contains all the necessary steps for you to be able to know the remaining load balance inside your Globe Retailer Sim card. Unlike the retailer sim card of Smart which has the "Balance" option inside it, in Globe sim you will not see this, but you will need to follow simple steps to know your current balance. See the steps below to start.

List of Way(s) to know your current load wallet balance in your Globe retailer simcard

1. Click the icon of your Globe sim card inside your phone (Globe Load).
2. Scroll down and find "Inventory".
3. Press "Inventory".
4. Then press "Chk Stocks".
5. Enter your PIN. The default PIN is 12345.
6. Press OK.
7. Just wait for the message from Globe containing your current load wallet balance.

NOTE: If "Check operator services" appears just repeat the process from step 1 to 7.

If the process is successful. You will receive the confirmation message below from AutoLoadMax;

"You have P1,411.18 in your AutoLoadMax account. Trace No: 123456789 08/04/2016 5:49PM."
