Please see all the requirements below for all BS Forestry graduates either first timers, and retakers or repeaters.

FORESTER

  • BS FORESTRY
  • NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
  • NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  • Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks "For Board Examination Purposes"
  • (First Timer & Repeater)
  • Two (2) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any 2 of the following:
  • 1. Barangay
  • 2. Church
  • 3. School
  • 4. Employer
  • Payment:
  • P900.00
  • *TOR in BS in Forestry, BS in Forest Products Engineering or BS in Agroforestry plus proof of completion of the prescribed seventy (70) units in forestry and related subjects - FTB
