AGRICULTURISTS
  • BS IN AGRICULTURE (GENERAL COURSE)
  • NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
  • NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  • Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks "For Board Examination Purposes"
  • (First Timers & Repeaters)
  • Two (2) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any 2 of the following:
  • 1. Barangay
  • 2. Church
  • 3. School
  • 4. Employer
  • Additional Requirement: Ombudsman Clearance (for government employees)
  • After Three (3) Failures - Six (6) months REFRESHER COURSE (certification under oath)
  • Payment:
  • P900.00 - complete
  • 450.00 - conditioned/removal
