The information below contains the list of all the twelve (12) imports that will be playing in the 2017 Philippine Basketball Association Commissioner's Cup (2nd Conference). The 2nd conference will start this coming March 17, 2017. The twelve (12) participating teams are the Alaska Aces, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, Blackwater Elite, GlobalPort Batang Pier, Mahindra Floodbuster, Meralco Bolts, NLEX Road Warriors, Phoenix Fuelmasters, Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, San Miguel Beermen, Star Hotshots, and the TNT Katropa. Please refer to the list below for more details. Please be noted that some of the listed imports below can be (only) prospects, and unofficial.
