The information below contains the list of all the possible scenarios whether the GlobalPort Batang Pier will advance or not to the next round, or if they do advance what advantages or disadvantages they are going to face. All GlobalPort needs to do for now is to win their last game against the mighty San Miguel Beermen squad to avoid the twice-to-beat disadvantage or even elimination. SCENARIO #1
IF GlobalPort wins its last game, Alaska also wins, then ROS, Alaska, and GlobalPort will be tied at 5-6 win-loss records. Via PBA quotient Alaska will be #6, ROS 7th, and GlobalPort 8th.

SCENARIO #2
IF GlobalPort wins its last game, and Star beats Alaska, then ROS and GlobalPort will be tied at 5-6 win-loss records. Via win over the other GlobalPort will be ranked 6th because they defeated ROS before.

SCENARIO #3
IF SMB beats GlobalPort, and Alaska wins against Star, and Mahindra wins against Ginebra. Then GlobalPort, Mahindra, and Phoenix will all have the win-loss records of 4-7. Via PBA quotient

Phoenix vs GlobalPort 72-84 (-12)
Phoenix vs Mahindra 121-122 (-1)

SCENARIO #5
IF SMB beats GlobalPort, Star defeats Alaska, Mahindra wins against Ginebra, then Alaska, GlobalPort, Mahindra, and Phoenix will all have the win-loss records of 4-7.
