8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. - TECHNICAL SUBJECTS such as: Basic Electricity, RA 7920, Tools, Test Equipment, Electrical Measurements, Lighting, Wirings and Materials, Fuses, Breakers, Switches, Motors, Starters, Generators, Transformers, Operation, Working Principles, Maintenance, Transmission and Distribution Lines, Substation, Ohm's Law and others. - 50%

1:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. - PHILIPPINE ELECTRICAL CODE, PARTS 1 & 2 including: General Installation Requirements, Wiring Methods and Materials, Wiring Devices, Tools and Techniques, Wiring Ampacity and Protection, Equipment for General Use, Special Occupancies, Special Equipment, Special Conditions, Lighting and Wiring, Motor and Generator Wiring Connections, Communications and Signaling Wiring, Electrical Safety and others. - 50%

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The NOTICE OF ADMISSION will be issued at the POLO/testing centers.

2. Please bring original documents with you for final evaluation and 4 pieces passport size pictures with nametag.

3. Bring the following on examination days:
a. Two or more pencils (No. 1 or 2)
b. Ballpens with BLACK ink only
c. One piece long brown envelope
d. One piece long transparent/plastic envelope e. Non-programmable calculator

4. The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the examination premises/rooms:
a. Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula
b. PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS
c. CELLULAR PHONES, EAR PLUGS, TRANSMITTERS, PORTABLECOMPUTERS, and other electronic gadgets
d. Bags of any kind (place your documents inside the transparent/plastic envelope)
e. Other examination aides not stated on this program.
