List of Qualification January 2018 Foreign Service Officer (FSOE) qualifying test

1. a natural-born Filipino citizens with permanent residency in the Philippines
at least a bachelor’s degree graduate

2. with at least two-year work experience or further studies or a combination of both after college graduation

3. knowledgeable on the Philippine economic, political and social conditions



4. willing to accept assignment to any foreign service post

5. has oral and written communications facility

6. and possesses personality traits needed to perform as foreign service officer
