Here is the list of brackets for the semifinal round of the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

Qualifying teams for the semifinals are Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, Alaska Aces, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, and San Miguel Beermen




Semifinals will be a best-of-5 series for both brackets.
