Arwind Santos will not be denied when it comes to dealing the Ginebra fans the dose of their own medicine.

The San Miguel Beermen forward is always ready to mingle with the Ginebra fans when it comes to asaran. And he even said that when the Ginebra fans boo him, he feels that they really love him. See the list of statements below.

According to Arwind Santos, he just replace the meaning of booing against him by the Ginebra fans:

“Baliktad lang yung acceptance ko doon. Feeling ko fans sila ng San Miguel, na pag hinahawakan ko yung bola, bilib na bilib sila sa akin. Parang ganoon lang yun,” he said. “Di ko iniintindi na galit na galit sila pag binu-boo nila ako. Feeling ko yung boo nila, automatic for me is, ‘I love you.’”

But even though he is going with the Ginebra fans when it comes to asaran, he is still focus in the game:

“Focused lang ako sa game namin dahil napaka-importante ng conference na ito para sa amin. Kung may naiinis man sa akin, isa lang ang gagawin ko: pray. Yun lang,” he said.

He also emphasized that even though they demolished Ginebra in games 2 and 3, that doesn't mean they can defeat Ginebra easily in the remaining games:

“Hindi ibig sabihin noon na tinambakan namin sila ng Game 3 na kayang-kaya na namin sila sa Game 4. Kailangan pa rin namin silang paghandaan at kailangan pa rin naming mag-stay at dagdagan yung ginagawa namin,” he said.
