FIX: Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider.
I do a lot of troubleshooting guessing that the error might be caused by the device itself, or maybe the sim card. I also restarted the device. Remove and reinsert the sim card, but all led to a failure of connection.
I also tried to create a new profile but to no avail. I do not know if this is also happening in the new dashboard, of Globe, but the solution is simple.
The simple solution is to do nothing about it, just wait for some time until the connection is excellent. I don't know, maybe Globe is making some mini maintenance, or whatsoever. But just be patient and wait for automatic fixing of your connection.
