I just recently ordered a Smart Bro Rocket Sim with unlimited data good for 30 days on the official store of Smart.com.ph. I decided to order there because the price of the sim card is just P499. If you are going to purchase the same sim card on Shopee or Lazada, that would be P499 + Shipping Fee which is more expensive. Compared to Smart Store, the price is exactly P499 and that is COD or Cash on Delivery.

When ordering on Smart Store online, you do not need to register for an account because you can buy as a GUEST. Now, to be able to track your order on them just follow the simple steps below.


How to track Smart Order Status Online


👉 First, visit this link: https://api.smart.com.ph/esaf/orderstatus/guest/search

👉 Inside Smart Order Status page, you will see there the Guest Checkout Access. (this is because I ordered as a Guest and I do not have a Smart account) In the Email type your email that you also typed during your order. In the Application Reference Number, type the 10-digit number that Smart sent to your mobile phone or email address also during your order time. When done, press the Search button.

👉 In the Order Status, you will see there what kind of product you ordered. My order is a Prepaid one. You will also see there the items included in the transaction. As I stated above, I ordered a Rocket Sim card with unli data. You will also see there the Buyer's Name, Date of Purchase, Total Payment Amount, the Delivery address and the Authorized Person (if there is). Note: You already typed this details during your purchase time.

👉 You will also see there the Awaiting Payment (confirmation of payment type which is COD for my order), Packaging Order (Smart is preparing the order), Delivery of Package (Smart will attempt to deliver the parcel to you), and Completed Purchase (parcel was delivered successfully). You will also see there the Reference Number and the Current Status. I created this tutorial while I am still waiting for my order that is why the status of my order is still in the Delivery of Package.

👉 Done! You just need to wait for the parcel. When it is already outside your door, receive the parcel and pay the price of your parcel.
