June 1 - NLEX re-activated Jonathan Uyloan in lieu of Kiefer Ravena.

June 1 - Magnolia signed up Curtis Ezell Kelly in lieu of Vernon Macklin, who has been relegated to the team's import injured/reserve list.

June 1 - GlobalPort signed up rookie free agent Jebb Bulawan in liue of Messrs. Jeff Viernes and Michael Juico, who have been both released unconditionally.

June 8 - Magnolia signed up Justin Jackson in lieu of Curtis Kelly.

June 9 - Alaska re-activated Jake Pascual in lieu of Jeron Teng, who has been relegated to the team's Injured/Reserve List.

June 11 - TNT re-activated Yousef Taha in lieu of Jessie Saitanan, who has been relegated to the team's Injured/Reserve List.




June 15 - NLEX acquired the services of Mark Jayven Tallo and has been activated in lieu of Ronjay Buenafe, who has been dropped to the team's UFAWR2S List.

June 15 - Alaska re-activated Carl Bryan Cruz in lieu of Yutien Andrada, who has been dropped to the team's UFAWR2S List.

June 18 - Phoenix acquired the rights to Ginebra’s 2018 first round draft pick in exchange for Jeff Chan.

June 18 - Ginebra acquired the rights to Jeff Chan in exchange for its 2018 first round draft pick.
