Here are the lists of the four (4) groups that the sixteen (16) participating teams in the FIBA U18 Asian Championship Challenge 2018 were divided.

Thailand will be hosting the said tournament that will be held this coming August 5 to 11, 2018. The 16 participating countries are Australia, India, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Indonesia, South Korea, Syria, China, Iran, Lebanon, Thailand (host), Chinese Taipei, Japan, New Zealand, and United Arab Emirates and Philippines.
