To summarize the first round, our Gilas Pilipinas defeated Chinese Taipei and Japan twice each and got the 4 wins. And we are defeated by Australia twice and got the 2 losses.

For the 4th window Gilas is now grouped with Australia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Qatar, and Japan. But since Gilas Pilipinas already fought Australia and Japan during the 1st round they will never play them again in the 2nd round.
