According to the report of Spin.ph the eligibility of Jordan Clarkson is being discussed in a meeting of the Indonesia Asian Games Organizing Committee (INASGOC) on Friday afternoon. And SBP is still hopeful that he will be able to join our Gilas Pilipinas team bound to Indonesia for the 2018 Asian Games.

1. Asian Games committee needs to make the Fil-Am combo guard eligible for the Asiad. That goes for all of our players as well.

2. SBP has to have an agreement with Clarkson himself.

3. NBA needs to grant him clearance. Cavaliers already allowed him, but the NBA Commissioner himself needs to clear him to play for Gilas.
