This post will show you how to solve a very common BlueStacks error:
BlueStacks Player has stop working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I really do not know the exact reason why this error or problem occurs. But, I solved the error and made my BlueStacks to start working.

Currently, I am using Windows 10 and all I can say, my computer is an old one. So I already expected some problems to occur after installing Bluestacks. See the tutorial below and see what I did so solve the annoying error.

Table of Contents:
☑ Opening BlueStacks
☑ Accessing Settings
☑ Accessing Graphics
☑ Changing Graphics settings
☑ Save settings
☑ Restart Bluestacks

FIX: BlueStacks Player has stop working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.

👉 Open your BlueStacks emulator. While loading, click Settings (Gear icon).

👉 Inside Settings, click the Graphics menu. In the Graphics engine mode select Performance. In the Graphics renderer select DirectX. For Interface renderer choose Software. And lastly, for ASTC textures (Beta) choose Software decoding. Click the Save Changes button to continue.

👉 A prompt will appear, just click the Restart now button to apply the changes that you made.

👉 Done! The "BlueStacks Player has stop working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly." is now gone and your BlueStacks will open smoothly.

Disclaimer: This tutorial will not guarantee that will also work for you. We have different kinds of units with different kinds of ages. Some computers are very old like mine, so I think that's why this Bluestacks setup works.
