If you are redeeming your earned Globe Rewards Points using computer or laptop, then, as of mid-year 2021, Globe will only message you with the following error:

Something's not right

We're having difficulty connecting to our server. Please try again later.

As you can see, I just earned a couple of points after loading via GCash and ShopeePay. But at exactly 6:51 PM on August 31, 2021, I received the error message and cannot redeem any item using my computer.

👉 I visited https://www.globe.com.ph and clicked the Sign In link.

👉 I signed in using my registered account.

👉 Now, I clicked my GlobeOne account.

👉 Add the number with Globe Rewards Points.

👉 Access the registered number page by clicking it.

👉 Inside the Rewards Points tab, you can see that I have a total of 14.86 points earned. I decided to redeem SURF1D.

👉 Globe Rewards said that I am about to redeem SURF1D,

👉 And after going through the process, I will only get a message saying: Something's not right. We're having difficulty connecting to our server. Please try again later.

👉 The real meaning regarding the error message is simple! You cannot redeem rewards using computer or laptop anymore. But you can redeem using their Globe Rewards app using mobile phone. So I tried redeeming using their app using the steps below.

👉 I downloaded and installed the Globe Rewards app and log in with the same credentials as above. Press the Globe Promos under All Rewards.

👉 Inside Globe Promos, I pressed the 1GB surfing for 1 day 10 point/s.

👉 Pressed the Next button.

👉 Pressed the Redeem Now button.

👉 Done! The reward was instantly received by me.

👉 See the messages below coming from 4438 and 8080 regarding the redeemed reward from Globe rewards.
