Your Satlite or Cignal box still has a load. You have to wait for it expire first before loading another package. But, if your current load is for example Satlite Load99, and you are also going to load Satlite Load99, then, the load should be sent to your box because they are the same promo. Papatong lang po yung new load and will extend the validity of the subscription.

But, if your current load is Satlite Load49 and you are going to load Satlite Load99, then, wait for the Satlite Load49 to expire first before loading the Load99 to avoid getting the "Sorry, a Cignal package exists..."
