Here are Arwind Santos words regarding their position in Game 6 versus Ginebra this coming Wednesday. They are now down 2 to 3 (in the best-of-7 Finals) against the Barangay in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup after a sorry lost last Sunday, 87 to 83.

Santos looked the situation same as their situation when they made the historic 0-3 comeback against the Alaska Aces, that everyone called the "Beeracle".

He still believe that they can survive the series and win the championship. See the statement below:

“Sabi nga ng bawat isa sa amin, yung 0-3 nga naka-survive kami. Kaya naman ito na isang panalo lang, di ba? Pero di namin kailangang madaliin,” he said, harking back to the historic “Beeracle” run in the 2016 Philippine Cup Finals against Alaska to reinvigorate the team’s hunger in this desperate time.

He also admitted that they are really broken-hearted regarding the result of Game 5. See the statement below:

“Dahil sa nasaktan kami sa talo na ito, dapat wake-up call sa amin ito na makabawi kami sa Game 6,” he said.

The Kapampangan forward, though, expressed no regrets about the turn of events, saying:

“May mga time kasi na siyempre ang tagal natin di nakakahawak ng bola, so sa isang player, gusto mo i-shoot kaagad kasi open ka."

He also added that they should've been the winners of that game 5:

"Di mo na namamalayan yung mga ganoong bagay. Ako, ang naglalaro lang sa isip ko dapat panalo kami eh. Pero di naman natin mapapalitan yung mga pangyayari," he added.

And Santos, emphasized that they need to trust each other, a more deeper trust to pullout this one against Ginebra:

“Ang masasabi ko lang siguro kailangan pa rin namin magtiwala sa isa't isa at mas lalo naming pagtibayan yung tiwala namin sa isa’t isa para yun ang maging bread-and-butter namin yun sa next game,” he said.
