If you are having trouble registering for a Payoneer account using your laptop or pc, then, you should try getting one by using your mobile phone through your GCash app. If you do not have a mobile phone, then you can still try opening GCash app using pc or laptop by following this tutorial. But before anything else, make sure you have the following requirements to be able to register for a Payoneer account via GCash app.

Requirements to Register Payoneer Account using GCash
  1. Verified GCash account.
  2. SSS ID/Number or a Driver License
  3. Valid Email address
If you have the listed requirements above, then, continue doing the tutorial below.

How to Register Payoneer Account using GCash



1. Open your GCash app and press the 3 lines located in the upper left corner of your screen. See image below.

2. Now, press My Linked Accounts in the menu that will pop out.

3. Inside My Linked Accounts, press Payoneer.

4. Then, press the Create an Account button to proceed.

5. Press the Register with GCash button.

6. In the Select your type of business, select Individual radio button.

7. By default, all the fields will be filled with the needed info, but, you need to check whether all the details are correct regarding your First Name, Last Name, Email address, and the Date of Birth. 

8. Now, press the Next button to continue.

9. In the Contact Details, all fields are also filled with the needed details, just check whether all info regarding your Country, Address line 1 (mainly your Street, Barangay or Sitio), City/Town, Postal/Zip code, Phone Type and your Mobile Number are all correct. If so, press the Next button again to proceed.

10. In the Security Details, in the Username, it is also your valid email address (email address you are using in your GCash). Enter a password, and verify it.

11. In the Security question, select any available question that you would prefer and provide an answer for it. In the ID details, for this tutorial, I have chosen my Driver's License, and then typed the ID number. Just press the Next button to continue.

12. You are almost done with the registration process. Select Personal account. In the Bank Country, choose Philippines. For Currency, choose PHP (or Philippine Peso).

13. In the Bank Name and Account Holder Name select GCash. In the Account Number for GCash, type eleven zeros (00000000000).

14.  Just press all the agree to terms and pricing and fees and press the Submit button.

15. And your Payoneer Application has been submitted. Your application is being reviewed. You will receive an email confirmation from Payoneer within three business days. Just press the OK button to continue.

After using your GCash app, you can now go back to your laptop or desktop computer to open your Payoneer account there.

How to Open Payoneer Account on laptop or pc
  1. Go to https://myaccount.payoneer.com.
  2. Sign in using your email address and password you just registered using your GCash app.
  3. Now, go to Settings > Verification Center.
  4. Under Verification Center, see if there are verifications needed to be done. Like submitting a real photo of your valid ID and as well as submitting your answer for the Global payment Service questionnaire.

  1. Unlike PayPal, you can easily connect Payoneer to GCash without going through difficult process of verification. In PayPal, you need a fully verified account to be able to connect it to your GCash.
  2. And the transferring of money rate is a little low compared to PayPal. (Correct me if I am wrong with this one)
