For this post, I will share you the step-by-step tutorial shared by someone on social media on things you have to do when your GCash account was scammed or accessed (not hacked) by someone or scammers. See the details below.

I was scammed in GCash, my money is gone, what should I do?

👉 When you get scammed in GCash immediately call 2882 for free using Globe/TM number.

How to report?

👉 Call the 2882 GCash hotline, the call is free.

👉 Do not delete the GCash confirmation because customer service requires that.

👉 You will also be asked for your Name and GCash number.

👉 You also need the name of the person you sent GCash to and the number it used.

👉 You need to block it so that the number of the person who scammed you will not be used and the scammers will not get the money.

👉 GCash will process between 2 to 3 days to get your money back.

👉 GCash will no longer ask for details. They will NOT ask for a password or PIN.

Always take note that GCash customer service can only be contacted in the following ways:

📧 email (support@gcash.com)
💬 self -help options at help.gcash.com
☎  2882 hotline
📱  GCash app> Submit a ticket

All the other Twitter GCash accounts are fake and would just scam you.
