If you just registered your Gmail, then you might encounter this error message from Google saying:

We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes. You can view the Google Workspace Status Dashboard for the current status of the service. If the issue persists, please visit the Help Center.

Here's what you need to do when you encounter this error message from Google Gmail: We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable

So, what do you need to do to be able to open your Gmail account?

Answer is too simple, you just need to wait for some time. You can just Sign out your email address> and then sign in again later.

And I think some time, this error message is just a bug. I mean, I always register for a new Gmail account and never got the same error message as before.

It is like pointing a new domain name to your Blogspot subdomain. The DNS that you setup will take time to propagate.

So, if you ever encountered this Gmail error that they are sorry, do not be sorry because that is just an automatic error page reply. Relax, be cool and just try again later.

Additional and alternative solutions that might help you:

  • Try using another browser and login your Gmail account. You can use Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Edge and more.
  • You can also clear the cache of your internet browser. In Google Chrome, click the 3 dots (located in the upper-right corner of your screen) > More tools > Clear browsing data.
  • Expirement! Try to login your other Gmail account. If you can login it, then, your other account is just the problem. As I've stated above, maybe you just need to wait.
  • If all of these solutions won't work for you, then, contact Google directly using their Support page for Gmail.

I hope any of the stated fixes here was good enough to solve this problem from Google which I think is just a bug.
