Have you ever thought that your Satlite load is already expired. You registered for a new promo thru your Suki Smart, TNT or Sun retailer or using your GCash app but you are not able to be successful with your registration because 5353 or Satlite will only reply a confirmation message saying:

Upon directly messaging Satlite using their official Facebook fanpage regarding the matter. They replied saying:

Magandang Araw! Ang ibig sabihin po nyan ay hindi pa expire ang inyong current plan kaya di pumasok ang inyong pinapaload. Hintayin nyo pong pagexpire ang inyong load bago po ulit kayo magregister. Salamag! (Good day! This means that your current plan has not expired yet so what you are loading does not enter. Please wait for expiration of your load before you register again. Thanks!)
So, this problem is no big deal at all. Before panicking make sure to double-check if your Satlite load subscription which is usually valid for 1 month is already expired.

What will happen to the Satlite EPIN or PIN that I bought?


Answer: Do not worry guys, your pin is safe and secure. It will not expire until you used it.
