If you wanted to open your Metrobank account using your phone but you do not have a phone, then, you can open it using your pc or laptop computer. You just need to use an emulator like Bluestacks.

Metrobank Direct is already done last October 18, 2021. And every Metrobank customer or user needs to migrate from the old Metrobank Direct to the new Metrobank Online Banking. Before, you can access your account directly via computer using a web-browser. What if you do not have a mobile phone which is android or iOS? Many users complained that they can't migrate to the new Metrobank. But, after trying to register first using my mobile phone for a new account, I was able to migrate to the new one.

So, in the case that you do not have a phone, then, why not open your account using Bluestacks. And the steps are given below.

👉 First, you need to download and install Bluestacks in your computer. See the complete separate tutorial here.

👉 Assuming that you already installed your Bluestacks, open it.

👉 Press the Play Store icon to start. If you are prompted to Sign in using your GMail account, you must do so like when opening a new phone.

👉 Press the search field inside Play Store and type metrobank. In the results, press the Metrobank Mobile Banking.

👉 In the Metrobank Mobile Banking app page, click the Install button.

👉 Wait for the download to start, finish and install itself.

👉 When done, click the Open button to start the Metrobank Mobile app.

👉 There you have it! You have successfully installed and open the Metrobank Mobile app using Bluestacks in your computer. If you are going to create a new account, you click the Sign Up link. If you already have an account, then, just enter your Username and Password to login. If you want to recover access to your account, press the Recover access link.

👉 Now, login your username and password and press the Login button to continue.

👉 In the Device Authentication, just press the NEXT button to proceed.

👉 Input the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile phone number. Press Submit to proceed.

👉 Another 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered email address. Type the numbers correctly and press Submit to continue.

👉 There you have it! You have successful opened your Metrobank Online account using your laptop or computer via Bluestacks emulator. Just press the 3 small horizontal lines located in the upper left corner of your screen to see hidden menu.

👉 This contains the My Accounts, My Peers, My Beneficiaries, My Bills, Cardless Withdrawal, Real Time Debit, Transfer to other Bank, Cash Pick-up, Requests, Forex Rates, Car Loan, Home Loan, Branch Locator, FAQ, Feedback, and the Logout button.
